Amnon and Tamar—iPad+ArtRage
Painting at the National Gallery
Today I had lunch with my friend Denis who works at the National Gallery. After we were done with lunch, I wanted to take a look at the George Bellows exhibit on the second floor. Before I got to the exhibit, I took a pit stop and spent two hours painting. Unlike other paintings I’ve done, the one I started with paint instead of sketching it out in pencil first. I really like the results. It was really immediate. I spent exactly two hours working on the painting using ArtRage and the iPad. I would have painted until closing, but I wanted to see the Bellows exhibit. I’m glad I took the time out to see it.
